Moloney pianos Midleton
Began life as a small local piano repair and tuning service in July 1990 when I returned to Ireland having spent three years in The Welsh School of Instrument Making and Repair.
The original workshop was my converted bedroom and my transportation was a borrowed car from my girlfriend.
Since then I have moved premises four times before finally buying one in 2005 . I’ve had some fantastic people working with me. I’ve been lucky to have had loyal support from numerous customers, some of whom have become close friends. We’ve imported hundreds of container loads of pianos from , Japan, China and the U.K. and I’ve met some of the most interesting people on the planet whose stories would fill ten books . I also bought a van and married the girlfriend ( who still refers to my piano business as my hobby and she’s right).
